Founded by Robert A. Boswell, Ph.D. in October 2011 and located in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA. Nasr Consultant Group Incorporated is a for-profit organization licensed by the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs of Pennsylvania to provide outpatient and residential substance use disorder treatment services.
